About · Port San Antonio

Eleven leaders, appointed to serve every district.

Port San Antonio is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by San Antonio City Council members and the Mayor — civic and business leaders accountable to the communities they represent.

Governance

Public oversight, private-sector expertise.

The Board sets strategy, approves major transactions and holds Port San Antonio accountable to the region it serves. Each San Antonio City Council district appoints a director, the Mayor names one additional appointee, and members serve staggered terms so institutional knowledge carries forward year over year.
