Small business program

Removing barriers to entry for smaller firms.

Port San Antonio is committed to providing contracting opportunities for small, minority-owned, women-owned and veteran-owned businesses. We actively encourage participation from diverse suppliers and work to remove barriers to entry for smaller firms.

SCTRCA certification recommended. Small, minority, women and veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to obtain certification through the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA). This certification is recognized by Port San Antonio and many other public agencies in the region, streamlining your ability to compete for contracts.
